Bae Tea : Losing Weight After Stage 4 Cancer

Image result for bae tea     Losing weight for anyone is a tough journey, but imagine being in remission and attempting to lose weight after three years of harsh CHEMO! My journey was not easy and require me to learn how to walk again. It took me three years to feel like I could just breathe again. I truly lived in fear of not knowing how to really starting living again 😁. However, I have and I have realized that after a shit load of chemo... it is hard losing this weight.

I started at the gym... just this May. I began going because an extremely large co-worker asked me was I pregnant. I should have asked him was the surrogate for several families at one time. I didn't say anything because I am polite and my mother raised me better. The next day, I started my gym journey of 47 days straight. I only took a break because I develope muscle fatigue and hurt my foot running on the treadmill. I felt I was Flo-Jo that day, but it did not work out so well.

Now, unfortunately, I had not changed my eating habits at the point and I was still enjoying District Donut, brunch, and my amazing cooking. I finally realized that I had to change what I was eating and begin to adjust my diet. Before chemo, I could do a couple of tricks and the weight would fall off, but now, it seems like it is stuck like glue cement. It takes me now a week or more to lose one pound and it can be very depressing😫. Especially, if you have always been together and never had a problem with the boys, your self-esteem can take a hit. It takes so much to remember that life is short and that you were giving another chance.

So, let's get into this Bae Tea!        Image result for cup of bae tea

I ran across this product on Amazon and the reviews and poppin. I had previously tried SLIM the powder drink and it was trash. It didn't help with nothing: No energy, No weight support, No nothing. I order the tea expecting the same results, but I did feel a little energy on the arc training and the gym. The taste was not that bad, but I also am the same person that loves strong coffee black and tea no sugar. I did feel great at the gym and I show a little movement on the scale. I began to feel hungry all the time, so I felt like it was increasing my metabolism.

Now being honest, I didn't see the scale move the days I overact my calories. The price is a bit much for the amount of product you receive. I paid $24 for 14 tea bags. I did order a second bag, hoping to see more results. The tea is a detox and I'm not a doctor, so be sure to check with your doctor before adding anything to your diets. Some people have sensitive stomach and allergies, so check things out before you jump on it. I don't try many things because of my health history.

If you have any questions let me know. Thanks for reading and tell a friend.

Horseback Riding in the Urban Jungle

Horseback Riding in the Urban Jungle

Riding the Trails at Piscataway Stables

On a cool spring afternoon, I saddled up on my first horse and rode for more than an hour on a winding trail that rolled cross high hills and stumbling rocky roads. I will not tell a lie and pretend that the first 30 minutes, I was calm and simply enjoyed the ride. Instead, I was clutched fist on a mature horse, that knew exactly what he needed and wanted to do.

I never knew that this tiny smelly section of paradise existed. Once I realized that my horse was kind, I began to relax and let him do his thing. I began to feel comfortable about the process and now I long for my next ride. Since this is an urban travel guide, I will now provide you the details of going and enjoying this magical experience.

Prepare for the Ride

There are several things to keep in mind when preparing for this outdoor adventure.

1. Attire: Your attire should be comfortable, not only stylish. The cowgirl boots would be an amazing addition. Keep in mind, you will be in the woods and deer ticks are a real thing. Your shirt should be comfortable for the season and I suggest long pants.  I can not lie, the deer ticks really freak me out. If you watched Real Housewives of Beverly, you will know why I have a healthy fear of tick and LIME DISEASE!

2. Payment: The cost for the hour ride is $50 cash. They do not accept credit cards.

3. Companions: It is unwise to ring someone that complains about everything with you. The saddle is uncomfortable and it is very bumpy on the trail. Also, the guides are country boys that have a relationship with the animals and each other. Also, there are very large dogs and chickens that roam the farm. The animals are kind, but they will come up to you.

All in all, it was an amazing experience. I find myself longing to go back and enjoy another ridge with an animal that I fell in love with.

Check out my short video, of my experience.
